Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service tracks prices, news, and financial reports for S&P 500 constituents, and uses large language models to generate Earnings Analysis and daily views. All content is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes only.

Market and financial data come from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system and third-party data providers, and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.

2. Not Investment Advice

The “Bullish / Neutral / Bearish” views, Earnings Analysis, risk flags, and any other content displayed on the Service are automated analyses based on public information. They do not constitute investment advice, or an offer or solicitation, with respect to any security, and are not tailored to the financial situation or investment objectives of any particular user.

The operator is not a registered investment adviser, broker, or dealer. Any investment decision is yours alone to make, and you bear all associated risk; where appropriate, please consult a licensed professional.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with a Google account or an email code. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

Each account is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.

4. Membership Subscriptions and Payment

Some content is available only to paying members. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis until you cancel. Prices are as shown on the website and may change at any time; changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page through Stripe's subscription management; after canceling, you keep access until the end of the current paid period. As a general rule, fees already paid are non-refundable; in the event of a major service failure, or where required by law, you may contact us to work out a resolution.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: scrape content from the Service at scale by automated means; resell or redistribute the Service's data or analyses; circumvent the paywall or access controls; interfere with the normal operation of the Service; or use the content for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's interface, code, copy, and the analyses and charts we generate are owned by or licensed to the operator. Publicly disclosed financial data is not itself restricted by these terms. You may share page links and brief excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes, with attribution to the source.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including investment losses) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from your reliance on its content.

8. Changes and Termination

We may modify these terms at any time, and material changes will be announced prominently on the website. Your continued use after a modification constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

The interpretation of these terms and the resolution of disputes are governed by the laws of the place where the operator is located. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these terms through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the place where the operator is located.
