TPL's second quarter of 2026 was a record on the headline lines: revenue of $246.1 million, net income of $153.9 million, diluted EPS of $2.23 (a slim beat over the $2.2069 consensus), $155.5 million of free cash flow and no debt. Royalties did most of the work because oil realizations jumped, while water and surface income kept climbing.
